This includes advertising campaign management, conversion landing pages, lead qualification, automated follow-up, appointment booking and reminders, and reporting. Clients pay for their own advertising spend directly and retain ownership of their advertising accounts, customer data, and leads. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, or signed jobs.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Xaltera Media and is protected by copyright laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work created specifically for their projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete projects. Delays caused by client response times may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xaltera Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
